Science

Riverhill believes that the study of science is important, encouraging students to observe, question, and analyze their surroundings. Hands-on involvement at all grade levels produces enjoyment, understanding, and an appreciation of the natural world. A school-wide Science Olympiad Fun Day is a favorite activity. Middle school students also compete each year in Science Olympiad, engaging in 23 different focus areas of science. Riverhill graduates are encouraged to take advanced levels of science classes upon entering high school.
